Three Fundamental Techniques

Three Fundamental Techniques
in Handling People

Technique 1: Don't criticize, condemn or complain.
“If you want to gather honey, don’t kick over the beehive.
Refection: What i believe that i understand of this first technique is that you never have to criticize people or condemn because it something you do not want people to think of you as. Like in this quote “If you want to gather honey, don’t kick over the beehive.” it an explanation to met that if you want something you do not have to be brutal about it you  just need to know to do it.

Technique 2: Give honest and sincere appreciation
"The big secret in dealing with people"

Reflection: In my own words i think that this technique means that you have to be honest and sincere to a person to show that you appreciate them.  An example of this second technique is if you are in a committed and serious relationship and your boy or girlfriend says that they love you then a way to show that you are honest and sincerely appreciate them the best way to say that is to say that you love them back.
Quotes: "Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom."
Thomas Jefferson

Technique 3: Arouse in the other person an eager want.

"He who can do this has the whole world with him. He who cannot, walks a lonely way."

Reflection: What this quote or technique means to me is
how to proceed with the same common sense. For this technique i have to admit i was kind of confused because i did not under stand what it was trying to say or tell. I was looking for what this technique meant and i found a web site that gave me a clearing on what it was. It said this"Dale Carnegie knew that the only way on earth to influence other people is to talk about what they want and show them how to get it.
This is a good thing to remember regardless of whether you are dealing with children or calves or chimpanzees. In his book, “How to Develop Self Confidence & Influence People by Public Speaking,” Carnegie offers this interesting—and humorous—example:" it goes on with examples as well The website is called

Quote: " Arouse in the other person an eager want. He who can do this has the whole world with him. He who cannot walks a lonely way."
